Lifetime
Learning founded in 1988, is a proprietary school that specializes in preparing real estate Salespersons, Brokers and Appraisers
for the required licensing examinations. In addition, we offer continuing education courses for students licensed in
these fields of study.
We believe the classroom
should be a place of learning and enjoyment! Student-teacher interaction is an essential element in successful learning.
For this reason, a Socratic teaching methodology is utilized. The instructors at Lifetime Learning are interested in
"what the students know, not what we know".
Lifetime
Learning is accredited with the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) and the Missouri Real Estate Appraiser Commission (MREAC).
Lifetime Learning has also offered appraisal education for Arkansas students. We provide services without regard to
race, color, religion, national origin, gender, familial status or handicap, and our facilities are compatible with any access
and/ or handicap needs.
Veterans: Lifetime Learning works with the Department of Veterans
Affairs through Chapter 31 (Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment, which is a program with the VA that provides specific
training for Service members and Veterans).
Lifetime
Learning is also approved to work with Vocational Rehabilitation for other persons (non-veteran) with work-related disabilities.
It is not mandatory, but helpful for the student to enroll 1 to 2 weeks in
advance. This provides time to look over the classroom syllabus and content prior to attending the course. You
may either enroll online, stop by our office or sign up over the phone.
Your comfort is important to us. Casual dress is just fine! Sweats, jeans, etc. are completely acceptable,
as you will be in the classroom for extended periods of time. It may be difficult for students juggling work and class,
to "eat on the run". For this reason, we do allow "non-noisy" snacks and drinks in the classroom.
